What is the current work-from-office policy at Accenture? Is it as stringent as TCS's 5-day WFO requirement, or does it follow a hybrid model (2-3 days a week)? Additionally, how feasible is it to request a work-from-home arrangement?

My friend's are going to office whenever they have mood. Some are not even going to office. I always wanted to switch from tcs to Accenture after seeing them🥲

No restrictions. They just call office for some random stuff like team meet and party. That too once in 2-3 months.
