WFO in a non ODC location without a common ODC

If we are working from a non ODC location without a common ODC, is it fine to do WFH? Otherwise how to manage work?

If you don't have a seat then you can raise exception, but HR will find 100 reasons to reject that

Simply rejected saying DP handling this in account level. DP/DM says HR handling it.

If it is your base location then it can be considered otherwise it's not allowed just go to office and sit anywhere

It's base location but always rejecting the request.

Connect with your manager he will take care. I am also in same stuff but resolve this issue within one week. But this is for base location employee only.
