WFO Hrs impacting Band?
I got C this time despite having a good IPF of 4.18. My manager told me that this is due to less number of hrs in the system as per WFO mandate.
Is this true? No one ever told this earlier.

if they decided to give C band they will see these points IPF is just a number to satisfy employee it will not guarantee the band its all depends on management
