Is tcs targeting C3A associates who are clocking 0-3 hrs in office and who are billable
It's better to stay in the 5-7 or 7-9 slab in the office
Maintain 3to5 hrs is what my account tells to associates rest I don't know. But after 6 months it's like 7-9 hrs. Better we all make a habit of working from zone.
7 to 9 are safe, it's not about C3A any grade defaulting to WFO getting warnings. Followed by some action in the coming days Till the time TCS headcount reaches near to the targeted employee. Management don't want especially seniors those are not productive and ready to adopt new technology
