WFO hours non-compliant

Got mail from hr regarding above thought hoing to ofc swiping in/out but kit staying

What to relply??? There are asking for valid reason or appropriate action to be taken ..

Don't panic I am also in BBSR told her I don't have seat allocation for that reason only I am doing swap in and out but I will suggest a seat at Hirakud or Dhauli building as seats are available there at least 2 to 3 hours

If you don't have odc you can directly tell them I don't have odc so I am doing swiping it is enough no one will do anything. These hr are doing just for threaten that's all
