WFO Hours Non Compliant
Received a mail from HR stating that I am in the defaulter list of those who are not even spending three hours in Tcs office.
I am sick of this . Why are they micromanaging omg my head hurts.
Thats not micromanaging.
They want us to be in office like pre covid. So they are expecting us to follow the same. If you cant see the direction they are going, then you will feel disappointed more.
(And yes, i am also swiping in and out)
But most of us don’t have teammates in our location- all the work is online anyways. They don’t even consider this
I agree with the logic brother.
I am saying. They own the company. They make the rules. It doesnt make any sense to go to office to share screen there also.
But they want us in office they will do everything to make us come to office.
