Trending @Capgemini; WFO from different than base location is possible?

My mother is having medical conditions, i live in Noida, i have shared with my manager he said in noida we don’t have project ODC so every month i am doing 4-5 days office and doing up down from noida to pune. So is there any possibility i can do rest do from noida office without letting my mangers know? Because right now nobody is noticing odc attendance and client side 12 days is not mandate but i have got 3 compliance mails. Please suggest?
