Guys . I wanted to know one thing.
My manager has no objection for me to work from different location than the base location . Even i have confirmation mail of him saying this to me .
And hr is telling me base location logins are must .
Isse koi problem toh nhi hogi ??

Yes, it could be a problem. HR policies usually override individual approvals. Discuss with HR, show your manager's email, and seek a formal exception.
