WFO exceptions now getting rejected/not approved

In our unit, WFO exceptions are now not getting approved or getting rejected.

There is no financial impact in approving exceptions still leadership is doing this.

No respite for employees.

Mine approved till December. I have raised in August till December and my manager approved it
