Hi all my team member she has two year old kid and is primary caregiver and has no support but she is being declined by HR saying kid shld have medical condition but according to policy there is nothing as such Can anyone confirm same I feel this HR is playing with her

HR policies can be tricky. If the policy doesn't explicitly require a medical condition, escalate the issue to higher management. Persistence and clear communication are key.
