Wfo exception-tcs

In what pattern we can take wfo exception in which we can have 6 days wfh in a quarter. My manager rejected my plan as I addressed 18,19,20 aug and 25,26 &29 aug.

We cannot even contact HR, no contact number ,no info shared. The manager doesn't pick the call easily. I am tired from here.

Got notified, not to approve any WFH exception. I am sure this is across the board. Seems WFO will be a layoff parameter.

Don't take any more exceptions this year. Take half day leaves if needed.

6 personal emergency exceptions allowed for each quarter and if your projects allows you can raise Exception for straight 30 days under the infrastructure seating capacity
