WFO exception query

Can someone please let me know what's the exact process for raising WFO exception request for medical for a month? Do we need to get HR and supervisor approval over mail before raising request in gess?

Apply exception in system and upload all documents. Before that have a discussion with Project management as well

Talk to your supervisor and HR, first level of approval comes from HR, you can send it over mail initially or talk to your HR first and then send the email. To get HR approval, HR has to know that the project supervisor is ready to approve it before you apply for exception in GESS.
