WFO exception portal issue

Till yesterday it used to work fine, but now I am getting below error:

"Module is applicable only for depute country India associate. To approve the exception work list please click on "WFO Exception worklist".

Is anyone else getting the same error? I am located in india, I am not sure what's the meaning of this error

They are saying WFO Exception is Not available from yesterday onwards... I too don't have clarity on that
