WFO exception or No Show

I have to go to my hometown for 2-3 weeks.

Want to know if that 85% attendance criteria is quarterly or monthly?

Will they give wfo exception easily, have to lookout for my parents.

Quarterly, 6 days exception allowed in a quarter, for rest days take sick leave and casual leaves as they will lapse anyways.
