WFO exception not approved
I raised an exception for WFO for one day with Doctor medical certificate still WFO not approved..looks like it's a good strategy to make people leave the company..pathetic people care
Does anyone know SLA for approval of WFO exception for supervisor ?
Seems like many people already replied, but if u still haven't gotten a clarity. Here's what u should do:
WFO Exception - first raise it under the correct category. Post raising u will see pending with approver - Name and Employee ID of approver. For me it was my manager's supervisor.
So first email them explaining the situation and copy ur manager as u already discussed with him/her. If it's not approved within a day, go to teams msg him personally on chat with snippet of your email and mention as it gets auto rejected within 10 days it would be helpful if he/she can approve it.
Usually with msg on teams they get back immediately, if still haven't then wait for evening and then again msg on teams. This time with msg, hi ____, I'm in need of urgent assistance in bold text, anyone who reads that text definitely acts upon it. Hope it helps 💪
FYI - I haven't been to office in March at all. And it doesn't really matter, it's not like they will fire u or something, I didn't get contacted by HR or manager as well. It's just that u have to understand TCS is big MNC, they won't keep tracking and nitpicking one employee. U can chill sometimes. No need to be 100% strict with policies

Twice a month we are eligible to take WFO exception. I don't think Dr certificate is required.

Discus the medical issue with HR. Share the details over a mail so they share to tcs doctor. Atleast they'll grant a week wfo exception. So it will go to HR approval then it will go to supervisor approval.

Category also depends and if you provided the medical document you exception will be approved
