WFO exception from Jun -Aug ?

Randomy checking Ux found WFH exception raised and approved from jun to aug .

It seems many people have got this exceptionwho doesnt have ODC at their base location.

But no mail communication et al.

Can anyone suggest if u have any information??

I also got RTO exception since March because of no project ODC in my location. Always check your ToOffice.

Nope. But make sure to go on the days you don't have exception.

Might be your manager is doing it to be in compliance with RTO policy.

I have been on WFH for 9 months, never faced a deduction in my payslip. Submitting exceptions every month.
