
WFO Exception for WFO No Show Status
Hi, I visited the office for 3 hours but the status is showing "No Show". I raised a ticket but the ticket was resolved stating that I should raise a WFO Exception with reason as missing status.
The problem is my supervisor is not responding to my query about whether I should proceed with raising the wfo exception.
Should I just raise it without his approval? Can someone tell me if it goes to his approval later on?

Send email to extract details from bms team and rectify no show. Send email to these all ultimatix.exalogs@tcs.com, 2office.support@tcs.com, rights.support@tcs.com. same thing happened to me earlier. They fixed it.

Yes it will go for an approval to your manager. You can raise the wfo exception directly but make sure your manager approves it
