WFO exception for men parenting

Hi Everyone,

I am not working from office due to new born kid my Wife alone not able to handle the new born due to which I am working from home.Without any exception as my odc in Pune I am working from Hyderabad.

As i do work from home RTO compliance I got c band and without AST promotion. Total 7k hike

Please suggest on below queries.

1)Is there any possibility to change my hike percentage and promotion ?

2. Now newborn is 7 months can I get WFO exception? More 6 months?
