WFO exception for 3 days

Hi team , can anyone suggest me my wife leg toe got fractured , I have 18 months old baby to take care both . can I show her doc certificate to get WFO exception. The previous month I got mail from hr for less working hours . Can I apply for WFO exception will get any trouble .

No...HR is not considering dependent illness for WFH. This is the worst ever phase of TCS. Soon it will become third class employer to work with.

Show her doc certificate and apply for WFO exception. You will not get in trouble if you provide proper documentation. HR should understand your situation.

Apply for WFH they will provide. But mostly what I observed is if you ask for 3 week WFH they are giving maximum 1 week wfh.
Short time WFH they are providing.

2-3 days exception you can get from manager . High chances HR will not approve this wfo exception for long term . They are rejecting such cases mostly
