WFO exception during pregnancy
Is it possible to get WFO exception from 1 st month of pregnancy? What document is required for getting exception?
Ideally you get from 3 month onwards
But doctor advised not to travel due to safety concerns
Tcs will send your medical reports to their own doctor ... If your medical report suggest no travel which essentially means complications in pregnancy then only you get WFH ...
If it suggest bed rest you get sick leaves ...
And if it's just precautions safetymeasure you get nothing
Your pregnancy documents, all required medical documents if you submit you will get exception
Hello, Please ask doctor for certificate that you are not eligible for travel it can harm you and baby and submit to your HR.
I don't think from 1st month you will get exception, it' s normally after 3 months ...but worth trying . All the best.
You can get for max of 6 months as per policy
