WFO exception criteria changes

Yes, at the very least can confirm that the "TCS/Customer Approved Exception for Official Purposes" option is now removed. Got latest update from my Lead, getting the WFO exception approval is becoming more difficult from Management side.. They are not giving go ahead to raise it!
