
WFO Exception Case
My wife was asked complete bed rest because of her pregnancy complications, can i get wfo exception until delivery and after that as well for child birth?

Hope everything gets well soon. I have also been in this situation now. They denied my wfh request after trying lot. Whatever you do, at the end HR will respond like "WFO exceptional won't be applicable for dependent Illness, so try to make use of leaves".You can check my earlier post


*Update : I have already given resignation here on last week after getting offer for back up (namesake, though the hike not even 30percent), I am expecting my baby in this month. Even they didn't even ready to negotiate notice period for single day citing my emergency situations, so I have decided not to report office till everything goes well. Now, I am happily taking care of wife in my hometown without any second thought.
