WFO Exception

I was trying to reach out to my supervisor via email Since I do not have access to Teams and my supervisor is not on G-Chat for granting me WFO exception for next whole week due to ganpati festival but he is not responding. So Can i ask HRBP directly to provide approval. What would be the right approach??
