WFO Exception as Probationer

My manager denied 6 days wfo exception request saying that it can't be done for probationers. I just checked my WFO Exception profile on GESS, wherein I found exception raised earler, during ILP training for things like "Icard not generated".

So this means that request can be created, right?

I wanted to take 6 days of exception and 2 day leave.

She says I can't take such long leave. But I am not taking a long leave, leave is just for 2 days, while she quoted "exception of 6 days is per quarter, so can't grant more than 4 days, and too after probation ends "

I tried searching in HR policies, and I couldn't find anything like this.

I am a Digital associate, and my probation should be of 3 months. I have already completed 4 months here. And this is reflecting in my Work Experience on Digital Profile.

I just wanted a clarification that is what she saying genuine, or just a tactic of saying No.
