WFO Exception

I have joined tcs on 22nd July and got my id and access on 29th July . After a one week we have got WFO exception because of project criticality almost impossible to travel for office so this exceptions is approved by manager and project higher authorities still I got mail from HR that QVA for August is less than 85 % what to do ?
