WFO exception

Hi everyone,

I have been suffering from facial paralysis for the last 6–7 months. Recently, I received an email from HR about raising the exception, and now it is pending PM approval. I'm unsure if it will get approved or not.

I am okay with a QVA cut, but I'm not sure whether it will impact my 1st-year anniversary bonus or salary.

Hope you've attached all medicine documents to strengthen your case. Follow up regularly with PM. Yours is a very valid case for exception. Not sure why PM and HR are reluctant.

Raise the exception and follow up with HR and your PM. QVA might be affected, but your monthly salary should remain the same. Check with HR about the anniversary bonus.
