WFO Exception
Hi Friends, I have been working from a Non-ODC location( my base location )since July 2024 and getting a wfo exception since then because I don't have a permanent seat and proper internet connection. So working from home as of now. How much time will I be getting work from home ? Is there anybody who is working in such a way ? Pls suggest
Yup same situation you'd be either asked to shift to project location or once the odc is opened in your location till then if manager and he approve you can keep on working from home
Yes, but they can't set up odc in my base location as I got to know from my manager. Either they have to release me from the project or need to give an exception because when I joined the project that time they had told me that they will ask me to come in project location.
