Based on HR. My Hr denied it. Said everyone has dependancies so come to office if any emergencies or anything happened take leave.
Yeah you will get if you submitt supporting documents they will validate with tcs dr and HR will approve
Yes, They will give but just one condition how long you want and provide both medical documents. Generally this kind of situation they provide 1 or 2 month exception.

Yes i have got 1 month wfh exception for my dad’s health condition . Initally my request was denied and again droped email explaining in detail and i have got WFH
