WFO exception 1 year after ML.

I have taken 8 months ML, and 4 months of WFH, now I want to continue WFH, as I cant leave my child at home alone with nanny. I see that WFO exception has option for "childcare- women employee " under flexible work options . Is anybody aware what policy is this?

Yes, there is a policy for women employees to work from home for childcare until the child turns 1 year old. You need HR and supervisor approval. Check with HR for specifics.

Speak with your manager if he / she approves then yes it’s possible. But make sure you showcase like it’s very critical like you are weak or baby is weak or someone is dependent on you else they won’t approve .
