Wfo
My mother father both are diabetic and blood pressure patients they need care. I am the only one to take care of them earlier there was 1 day wfo so i used to travel for one day to my office location which is 500km from my home. Now they are asking to come offlice for 5 days. What should I do in this case. Should i resign or can i get wfh under some exception? Please help
I guess they don't give WFH permanently. They will provide only for a certain period.

There are some companies i found where you can work remotely like Veeva technology, GitHub, Naggaro, Atlassian try to get job there. I am also trying the same. I can understand your situation bro. I hope you and I both find a way to get out this situation.
Hr only give exception for few weeks if employee have problem, not to family members.
