Is it required to go to the office during the notice period? Currently I am in notice period and wanted to know about this because one of my friend told me that his friend who is also serving notice period applied leaves because HR told him to do so as he is not going to the office 12 days a month.

I am on bench still they ask me to go ofc in notice period so i applied all my leaves and leave without pay as suggested by N+1 . They are just doing business and cost cutting.

I have got an escalation mail from director for not going to office during my NP and im facing lot lot of trouble to justify they are taking strict action.

Please go office boss don’t spoil your last days in shit company
