WFO concern
Hello Guys, is there anyone who is not going to the office a single day without raising an exception?
Any idea if don't go to the office , except cutting variable pay , is there anything else consequences ?
Actually my wife is pregnant so I need to take care of her as well , talked to the team lead but no conclusion found out.
Thanks in advance!

If you are good in your manager book then there is no problem. My manager specifically said maintain 3-4 hr in office in a month.

Im having approved RTO exception as I don't have seats available. Haven't gone to the office since Covid. Now I stared asking when can i return 🥲

Rto is linked to everything Appraisal, hike. Toxic people link that to leave, your work and evry other,.
They mention this as reason what ever you are going to get and rejct Don't do this. Have a word with your manager and get wfo exception

The policy mentions variable pay deduction, effects on appraisal, and disciplinary action.
Please do not do this if someone else is already doing it. Only do it if you can afford to face the consequences if any!

In rule there is no issues if you are ok not considering variable pay allowance. But have a word with supervisor and drop an email to HR and supervisor for proof. Or else here is TCS it can cause an issue. Some accounts are finding a reason to put D grade. Marked D grade for a person having less login time in office. So have proper approval for whatever you are going to do. No issues. Take care family health as priority.
