Every project has different story. Some are not approving some don't even bother aana h aao warna na aao bas kaam hamper na ho aur kai h every month exception lagate raho. So sab ke sab alag level ke wo h....

In my project, they are telling to come everyday for a minimum of 7hrs. Even though I come to office, there won't be any useful work. Its better to leave TCS, I slept peacefully after my last working day in TCS.

Fully dependent on the project. Ranges from being required to be there for 9 hours to who cares. Fortunately I am clise to second category. My allocated location is 60km from my home. But I go sit in open odc in tcs ofc at some 5km. Maintaining 3-5 hrs, when I do critical thinking tasks and then back home. My project is completely tcs internal so no point of hours. Good work life balance.
We received a message from the manager to stay 6 hrs in the office daily, I received mail as I didn't maintain at least 1 hr in office
