WFO compliance
If the compliance is low, chances of any adverse action are low.
The problem is when it's easy to take action against 5% employees when compared to 55%.
No matter what they say in terms of policy they are still not going full fledged cause compliance is still not where they feel comfortable to take action against individuals.
Don't take the bluff, do what you are doing in terms of WFH unless you see masses are back in office with whatever stupid criteria they put in.

True, but the cost cutting is happening in every project. If you are in a project and you are 50% compliance and you draw 1lakh a month. And there is a junior in your project who draws 25k a month with 0% compliance.
Brother you are at risk! These policies are not to take out the bottom line of non compliance. These are to take out whoever they want.
