My office location is pretty far from where I live. Close to 30 km. Travelling 3 days a week seems to be a lot for me. It will affect productivity and also will be heavy on the pocket. Can I speak with my manager/HR about this ang get some resolution? Like 2 days a week or something. I have just on boarded, project is yet to be assigned. What is the general notion for such cases in CG?
There is an exception for 2 days ,ask HR but dont give 30 km reason otherwise they will tell you to relocate near ofc ,Even i m also travelling 43 km one way
Sorry bro. It doesn't work that way. Unless and until you have a valid reason (medical) HR won't allow. You will need to complete 12 days in office.
