WFO Avg. Working hours !

If my monthly avg. WFO hours are greater than 3.5 hours, any chances of warning mail ? I strictly don't swipe in out.

sum of hours by attended days count.

Dude, my avg monthly hours are coming between 2-2.5 only. I have already received 2 warning mails, though it did not say anything like avg monthly hours, it just said less than 3 hours on multiple days.
