WFO attendance not reflecting in 2Office

Hi everyone,

My swipes in office are not captured/reflecting in 2Office portal for 4 days of September 2024. This will directly impact my 85% attendance criteria and thus, variable pay will get impacted.

Anyone else faced similar situation, what can be done?

Tried that, they are saying talk to your HR. We can't help. Buzzed HR on teams, she is not responding.

How do you know variables will be affected? I have not seen any cuts so far.

4 days won’t affect.. I had taken 4 days in August and it shows 100%

Not sure how this is calculated... I had taken wfh only for 3 days in August and my index was 87%.

Raise WFO Exception in GESS under Swipe not recorded category and get it approved by your supervisor

Keep your manager and HR informed via mail. And give it some time. Happened with me in May but then after month completed it got regularised. Might take few days to reflect correctly. But do keep pestering hr and managr so that they don't put the accountability on you. And keep ghd tickets handy.

Just daily swipe is enough for full qva ? Or hours in office also matters ?

Mail your HR stating the same & ask them check the swipe in like where you scan your asset for check in
