WFO attendance during Notice Period

What if an employee, during their notice period, continues to work from home as usual and marks attendance regularly by swiping in and out? Will this cause any issues, such as an extension of the notice period or any other complications?

No dear. Even if u don't attend office it won't lead to anything. In my project, Many ppl put papers and then they don't attend office. Just real and enjoy your NP. Nobody can do anything.

Even i and my friend from same project we are doing the same, last 30 days left for us. We didn’t get any call/mail from HR/manager regarding RTO, only thing they can eo is cut variable other than that nothing
