Trending @Accenture; WFO atleast one day a week
Just got an email stating that we have to work from office atleast one day a week starting February 3,2025. So what are your thoughts on this since it is mentioned that the attendance will be reviewed and will there be any consequences?
I returned to office in base location on first email they sent in 2022. Nobody else did. What happened to all those who didn't come back to office? Nothing!!
Even i was threatened by project. Nothing happened to others who were missing in office. They didn't get hike/promotion, I also didn't get hike/promotion 😂
If everyone chooses not to go, they can't do anything. Nothing will happen. Feel like back in college asking everyone to bunk 😂😂

This is nonsense. We should be working from home, not wasting time commuting.
What about the time, can anyone confirm what does it mean by have be there for full working day if the shift is 11 to 8 or 8.30 do we need to be there for that whole time?
What i think is for now they will just check the punch in details.. not really sure if they count 8 working hours day or not but I mean really if i shift to my base location then why would i not go to office like 3 times a week considering that infrastructure and everything is there, calling for a single day is nonsense in my opinion
I have query... like how are they gonna track our attendance...are they gonna check our id card swipe in and swipe out timings or they gonna check if we are booking the seats on weekly wise...
I haven't received any such email.
