Trending @Wipro; Wfo: are they taking any a action if we won’t go
Hi, We are getting mails from wipro for the people not working from office should start now otherwise they will take action. I think they monitoring every week now. Can someone tell me if they are taking any action if we don’t go for few more weeks.
Forget where is your manager. This is HR regulation. If you don't abide, your manager or client will not come to save you. They will say you got notification, you shud have taken appropriate steps. Don't wait for actions to be announced on your face. TCS and few other companies are already following 5 days a week since few months. Don't forget when a company is under pressure, they will try to find ways to reduce cost - and you understand what I am referring to. So IMHO don't give them options
We also got same email, and as per Email they will deduct leave if you have balance otherwise they will deduct from salary. That is what mentioned in email.
The mail I have got mentions that they would take strict actions, didn’t clearly mention what action. Is it going to be leave deduction? The hybrid policy states that it can lead to termination!
When you get the email and by what name?
The mail was about the people who have been working less than 3 days in a week. Getting every week since 2 weeks. I guess they started monitoring week wise.
There are 3 level of non compliance mails will come from HR team, at third mail you will be asked to give justification copying your manager for non compliance.if you couldn't give proper acceptable justification then strict action will be taken.
