WFO any workaround to skip ?
Hi, I don’t have client ODC at my location and the common ODC is always full . It seems waste of time , money and efforts to go to office daily for swipe in and swipe out . Is there a way we can skip without impacting our variable pay?
People sitting there don't have brains. Don't understand the logic of forcing people who don't have project teams sitting in the base location to report to the office just to collaborate over teams and phone. This can easily be done from home
It’s because the current market conditions. One can’t resign due to bad market conditions. Hence they are forced to dance to the tunes of the organisation. Plus, to make things worse we’re blessed with 3 months of notice period.
Employees now there job is safe with TCS unlike other organisations . And currently bloodshed is almost at its peak. Start of 2024 and jobs are already going , startup’s ain’t performing well . Better to stay and listen to HR rather than been rebel and get pink slip
A trick from a friend who lives near the office. He lives near the office so he goes on a morning walk and an evening walk. Just to have tea at the canteen.
The system sees First in, last out.
Getting my point?
I am currently asking my Management as well as HR for WFH due to ill health of my father. Still no one is supporting.
HR and Manager just wants to show numbers to the top management that from our team / vertical these many are coming to office and our complaint. They are not showing mercy . A friend of mine go covid and HR asked him to come to office or take leave no Work from Home
talk with manager to talk with HR for exception request. it works pretty well😬😬😂😂
You can check flexible work options policy in hr portal for available exception criteria.. avail if anything fits your situation
One condition fits my situation no infrastructure to work but neither HR nor Manager is ready to provide exception
