WFO and Band. Any insights ?

Any news that WFO will be considered while issuing band? For example if an associate is critical for a project but WFO is < 85, what are the consequences? Also what about number of hours ?

Totally projects call. They can decide what to do about it. Our project was chill but sister project people get screwed over this. So its the management in the project that decides.
