WFO Alert

I am maintaining 100 % WFO index for every quarter even by doing 1 week/ 2 weeks working from home. So is there any issue with HR actions as i am not taking exception?

If you're maintaining 100% WFO index while working from home occasionally, it shouldn't be an issue if overall attendance is met. Just ensure compliance with HR policies.
