WFO: Adherence to working hours in Office
Anyone received this mail from HR,??
I Maintained 90% plus 2office each quarter and maintaining minimum of 3hours plus in office, Still got this warning mail from HR,
ASKING FOR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT THIS WARNING MAIL,
Will the number of office hours improve earnings, margins etc. Don't they think before implementing such rules. Such a thing will instead decrease productivity. What next - will they ask to work from desktops?

My tagged HR is just like robot.
They don't even listen to employees situation,
They just blindly say "As per Policy" its not possible 😆
Many friends still swiping in out. Even hr is ok with that. As their project is jn different city. Lucky guys.
Got same it says minimum 9 hrs in office mandatory not 3
