No 85% Is Not Compulsory If you don’t want your variable pay , If You need The VP 100% Attendance should be Above 85%, If you don’t care about VP then 5days With 1Hour each day is sufficient

In My belief, all the air between this will be cleared in july payslip. I am waiting for that and will plan accordingly. Also check your monthly performance bonus in May payslip, its same or not !!

yes officially its compulsory but i have seen many people visiting non ODC office and staying 1-2hours and leaving.Most of the people want to wait till July variable pay what management will do if did not complete 9 hours.

This quarter so much ODC issues that needs to get sorted out.
So, no, i don't think its mandatory for this quarter but try to complete 60-70%.
