Wfo for 6hrs , attend calls till 11pm and still expected to be online next morning. How is this reasonable. Why are all the policies just to benefit the company and no fair compensation provided to the employees.
Decisions taken without any research. Productivity will not approve if people spend 4 hours in traffic and getting ready for office... they don't seem to realise this
I think this is the perfect time we ask for company provided transportation. They removed it because we got work from home. Now we have work from

Reduced temp remote work to just 12 days is ridiculous citing lower usage. Boss we keep those for emergency and if someone did not have much emergency in the year mostly were utilised in december. Looking at the pollution it was the only option. 12 is too less. Also anyone know why they dnt have casual leaves?? I guess most mnc hai CL, PL and SL.
Time to leave the company
Just don't do it. It's because of the employees working beyond the hours, everyone is expected to work.
Loop your manager and tell us we can't join late night calls and maintain 9.5 hrs in the office.
For second shift or people who are working till 8PM or from 8PM onwards till morning 6 AM they have WFH option
much people are not getting project , large work force is on bench
