I don’t know but half day work from office and again go home, my timings dont allow to wfo for whole day, but this gives me so much tension to reach on time, work will get complete on time or not , Any suggestions?
Everyone is facing the same issue. But Infosys is far better than other companies. No 2/3 days per week mandate. Any 10 days is best option right now

Yeah I agree...even with this setup, it's far far better than any other company...when you travel back to home you can take help from your colleagues to backup you Unless the work totally depends on you ..still I felt and agree that its the best model... even WFO you are not forced to be in ofc for whole day...you work 4-5 hours can go home
For few accounts like singtel and ubs , it is mandatory 5 days wfo and 9hrs daily
As per organisation decision it's 10 day in a month...any day.. But it's now project manager decision whether he/she want to control this by making mandate every week or leave it as it is
