I live in Noida and my ODC is in Gurgaon. My manager is telling to come to office daily (gurgaon) but I not want to go to office as it takes 45 hrs of up and down via metro and 9 hr work.

Can I ask my manager to give me seat at Noida location or I can ask for release from the project ?

you should first discuss with your manager and HR about the possibility of getting a seat at the Noida location If this request is denied, only then can consider asking for a release from the project

But here manager tells to reach Higher Management and HR tells to ask Manager.

Higher management said that you have to go Gurgaon office. And didn't reply anything on my issue.
