Trending @Wipro; WFO : 1st Intimation Email
Dear All,
I got first Intimation email for not following Wipro Hybrid policy & they have mentioned that leaves will be adjusted accordingly. I saw my leave balance and leaves has not deducted yet.
Also I am on notice period and only 45 more days of notice period remaining.
Please suggest what need to do here, should I work from office ?
Buddy dont worry till 3rd intimation nothing will happen and you can apply for temporary wfh request under mytime chill and congrats for your new job i am also on the same path
Hi you can updates 3 days leaves in my time so you will adhere to hybrid which I don't recommend since you are in notice period you can encash your leaves instead apply temporary remote work and tell your manager to approve it won't be an issue
