Do we need to do laptop scan mandatory to get wfo status in 2 office or only id swipe in is enough and how many hrs is mandatory?

No need for a laptop . Just swap from id card but remember to swap entry gate and exit or out gate then it will be considered otherwise not.

Hours are not mandatory now bcz I have seen in 2 office app they don't track hours

Only swipe at entry gate and for swipe out any other place also inside the campus no need to swipe again at entry/exit.
